It was about what you would expect and was just about perfect for a Saturday dog walk in the wind and rain on the last day of summer. Three or so miles of trail in the middle were very overgrown with lots of blow down and dead fall that made it more like bushwhacking than hiking. Add the rain into the equation and it was like bushwhacking through a car wash.
